I haven't been doing good lately, i've been crashing, the depression/SAD is really getting to me, especially today with the house all dark, grey skies etc. I've been doing my lighbox every morning so I know that it's better to do it then not to do it.

I'm so miserable, I'm so unhappy. blah blah blah blah

I'm really sorry to hear that. Hang in there. The grey skies will clear away eventually.

sundance,
You wrote,[...i've been crashing...depression.. getting to me...so miserable...so unhappy..light box...].
I was wondering if the light box has a dramatic effect or something else?

Thank you guys.

Lou_Pilder you asked if the lightbox has dramatic effects how so, as a negative impact?

I need light therapy this time of the year, I suffer from seasonal affective disorder along with the clinical depression, also suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and remnants of PTSD.

Light therapy is used to treat Seasonal depression, if I wasn't using it i'd be worse off, I never used to use it and I was in a black hole for many many months, the light box is the positive.
