I just want to sleep. Sleep and not ever have to wake up again.

Ropes, I've felt like that. It's terrible not getting enough sleep. I hope you get a good night's rest soon.

I can't sleep either. I sleep for around 4 to 5 hours and then I wake up. I can't go back to sleep because my heart is racing. But, I think what ever it is will improve over time as you talk to someone and try to get the help you need.

Sometimes I just can't figure out why I even wake up in the morning or just stop it all and take all the drugs in the house, it's only the thought of suicide being a sin that stops me until the next time I breakdown.

Hello all,
I just want to say that try to maintain a regular schedule means going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. In the begening you might feel some difficulty but later on this may become your habit and it will be really very helpful.

Hi ropes,

Sorry to hear you feel like that. I understand you very well. I`ve been in the same condition many times.

You are trying to escape of something/someone you think you can`t deal with...that`s why you want sleep...sleep...and not to wake up.

Sometimes telling or writing about problem can help us identify what it was caused by.
Here are a lot of great people and maybe some of them can help you too...

I am new here too but feel very good and safe.

Take care and stay with us....awake Why do I keep waking up?

Yo Ropes, I feel like maybe you are a very sensitive soul who feels very deeply and that that can be overwhelming and so you just want to sleep and take a break from it all.

Have you ever tried making collages? Cut pix out of magazines and stick 'em on a piece of paper to get all your feelings out where you can see 'em? Point to 'em and be able to say, "This, THIS, is what I feel like!!" And show it to your therapist or a friend or ? If one picture is worth a thousand words, imagine how many are in a collage!!!
