I don't know what is wrong with me.
I think this forum is getting to me. I don't understand it. It's nothing anyone else is doing, it's how I respond to it. This is not helping to make me feel better, it's making me feel worst about myself. I'm not feeling sorry for myself, I'm seeing a side of me I really don't like on this forum. I'm not a very nice person, am I? I suppose I'm the same way IRL, too.  Well, IRL I don't get as wigged out by things because it's in real life. I can see what's before me and know that it's real. Know what I mean?I apologize for my behavior. It was uncalled for and I really should learn to think before writing anything. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I'm soooo mad at myself. I feel awful. |

Ah... at this time, when you feel the forum is getting to you rather than helping you, you take a break. I've taken such breaks, and believe me, I feel much better when I'm away from the relationships and stresses here. I take time out and the time I would usually be on this site, I instead replace with things I find relaxing such as reading, watching films, doing puzzles, etc. After a while, be it a few days or a few weeks, I feel mentally restored and ready to return back here, and I enjoy it far more.

Thank you. I'm thinking things through. Taking a break right now would feel like I'm running away and I don't want to do that. Well, I do, but I won't. I'm going to work on it. It's the only way I'm going to learn. I'm going to make mistakes. I can only learn by them and try not to repeat them. People on this forum always come through for me with such helpful understanding and support and I really appreciate it.

I think you're great. I really do. We all sometimes post when we shouldn't or things we later think we shouldn't. When I feel that I might do that, I make sure that I read my post, walk away, then come back and read it again before posting it. However, I think you're an AWESOME poster and a wonderful supporter and friend. Please don't be hard on yourself. KD
