Could you distract yourself with a Bubble Bath/glass of wine (if of age of course)Call a friend & go see a funny movie? with some delicious Ice Cream after!!! (((((((((Jinny)))))))))))) I know you have your reasons for believing what you've written about yourself and I could have probably written some pretty ripe things about myself on one of my bad days-but although you may feel it to be true-it'll only define you as a person if you let it. You are sometimes those things you wrote- you may be guillable sometimes and you may feel pathetic because of it but that's not who you are as a person. To be fair, playing on what HerOdyysey said-You're also sometimes (more so) caring, you're also helpful and kind. So, it's only fair that you should label yourself as those things, too. So, take her up on her challenge. I know I could replace those lines with your positive attributes.
