just so mixed up down up down up down up down...like a yoyo...what is the point in trying...nothing works, or it works for a few days...and then bang here I am again back in the dumpster of life...looking for answers that aren't there...I went back to my old nieghborhood...was going to try to face that demon head on...big mistake the anxiety of just looking at the house was too much...it's still standing unkept and uncared for...I can't finish this...later I think I maybe getting ready to passout...the clamy hands the dizzy headspinning shortness of breath..I got to ggo

I can't imagine. I'm kind of glad that I can't "go back". We moved every couple of years to places all over the U.S. I can't imagine the impact that must've been on you. I just go to the "Carolinas" and "go there" to a degree. Be very good to yourself right now. We're here. KD
