Hi ForeverAloneGuy.

Sorry to hear you're doing badly at the moment.

I just hope that you know this can change. Not having the social life you want and need, and not having good self-esteem, are things that can change.

If you have lived like this, you start to think this is just you. That's how you were born. But these are just beliefs that developed throughout life and these beliefs can change.

Have you ever tried CBT therapy or read some self-help books? These things can help you make and keep friends and help you get better self-esteem.
