This past year has been a tough one for me, my job has a lot of stress related to it with the amount of hours I work. I'm scared as to what I'm becoming. I have no energy, I'm always angry, my diet is piratically non-excising, and I can't even do things I use to enjoy with out getting disappointed and give up. I don't know what to do, or what course of action to take because I use to be able to cope with it. Now it's out of control, my relationship is falling apart because I always snap, my job performance is down, and overall I can tell I'm not healthy.
I'm not going to lie, I'm scared. What should I do? ![]() |

Hello & Welcome, Alskilz!
This has been going on for about a year? Stress can really take a toll on people, some more than others. Certainly the symptoms you mention could be associated with depression, but, to be safe, it would be advisable to get a full medical checkup. Does your situation allow you to do that? Go with that. As best you can, allow yourself the freedom to not be healthy. Please explore this site and keep posting.
