Hi everyone:
It's been a while since I posted. I went to visit my sister and my nieces and spent 6 days wtih them. It was great, I felt loved and cared for and gave little thought to depression while I was there. Now I'm back home and as I was checking everyone's postings I realized many of the things said made me angry. I thought this to be interesting and I realized I'm really angry at myself and people's postings only made me get in touch with that. My T and I had been talking about that last week and I was in complete denial of feeling any anger. One of my angry thoughts (that I tell myself) is: "Just get over it!!! There are so many people in worse conditions than you and here you are whining about feeling depressed". I guess I have one more thing to work on now. How was everybody's Thanksgiving?
Keep in touch.

Hiya,
I'm so happy to hear that you had a great time at your sisters. it's great to be loved up, huh? My Thanksgiving was very filling although very loving too. I got to met my nephew for the 1st time and I too felt very loved. I find it too be very hard with Depression to say"hay my life is not as bad as I make it seem" and yes Ra, life could be worse. but we don't see that. because for some reason we think we are the worse victim out of anybody and Everybody. but then again nobody is perfect and I also have problems with my anger. day by day things will get better.
