I'm just so depressed right now. I don't have the motivation to do anything, not even to breathe. I'm so tired of staying strong. I just feel so trapped. My next therapy appointment isnt for another week, I can't wait that long to talk to my therapist. What do I do?

Can you call & get your therapy session bumped up to an earlier date? Many times they can do that for you if you're having a rough time!

I'm sorry you're so depressed. I know how hard it can be. But try not to focus on how BAD you feel -- get outside, and into the fresh air. Perhaps exercise, go for a walk. Whenever I'm outside it's hard to feel TOO bad.

Maybe read a good book, or get into a hobby that you haven't done in a long time. Just DO something. I hope you feel better soon. I know it's hard to "get going" but push youself. I hope you can get an appointment soon. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
Thanks for this!

Thanks I'll try doing that, and focusing on the good things instead of the bad things

Have you tried journaling? It helps when those feelings are so overwhelming and there is no one around to talk to about them. I kept one electronically on my computer, a written one at home and a small notebook in my car/bag.
Thanks for this!
