I'm just so depressed right now. I don't have the motivation to do anything, not even to breathe. I'm so tired of staying strong. I just feel so trapped. My next therapy appointment isnt for another week, I can't wait that long to talk to my therapist. What do I do?

Can you call & get your therapy session bumped up to an earlier date? Many times they can do that for you if you're having a rough time!
![]() I'm sorry you're so depressed. I know how hard it can be. But try not to focus on how BAD you feel -- get outside, and into the fresh air. Perhaps exercise, go for a walk. Whenever I'm outside it's hard to feel TOO bad. ![]() Maybe read a good book, or get into a hobby that you haven't done in a long time. Just DO something. I hope you feel better soon. Have you tried journaling? It helps when those feelings are so overwhelming and there is no one around to talk to about them. I kept one electronically on my computer, a written one at home and a small notebook in my car/bag.
