Good luck in getting an appt, I know how hard it is to ring only to be told that the appts are all full for the day even before 9am.

Tell her what you told us about the meds. I doubt she'll take you off your meds if you don't feel ready. Hope you can get an appontment asap. Let us know how it goes.

I hope you get to see your doc and that she understands your position on continuing your meds.

i managed to se her at 4.20 well that was my appointmeant time i left the surgary at about 5.05, she sees both me and hubby so she knows whats going on on both sides she is very good at listning , she has again asked if i want to try councelling but with someone else because hubby sees the one at the surgary and he felt more comfortable talking to her after i finished my sesssions so up untill now i have refused but i said i would give this other person a try, other than her, psych central and the ocasional entry in my diary i dont discuss anything with anybody else hubby has to much to worry abiut at the moment trying to fight his s, tendicies and the depression, with out having to worry about my depression,

she has also sugested to keep my meds the same as upping them would make me drowsy and decreasing them wont be much good at moment
thank you everyone who listens
