Hi - I'm a sufferer of depression and have been for a long time.

I've been doing rather well lately, and then I woke up earlier and now it feels like I'm back to the same feeling as before.

I'm having extreme lows, I have the urge to cry, but I wont. I'm angry, sad, every negative emotion probably to exist. I'm on tablets, I've failed to take them and put my others up. I'm falling low again, what do I do now?

Hey.

I think it's normal to have episodes with depression. Times when you're feeling more hopeful - times when you're in utter despair. You say you've failed to take your meds. Are those anti-depressants? Why did you not take them? That could be the reason you've gone downhill.

I understand. That's one of the meds I'm on. I'm usually really bad at taking them. But lately I've been pushing myself to take them properly. It's hard to find the energy/motivation when you're in that slump. But do you think you could try to push yourself to take them? Even if it's the only thing you do each day for a while? Unfourtantely it's a cycle - you have to start somewhere. I think that's the best place for you to start. Just my opinion. :-)
