My energy is gone. My husband's energy is gone. Can't stand hearing the kids loud voices! I just want silence! Oh man, I can hardly breathe....
I try to cheer myself up... but no...

How will we survive?! How will we survive?!Poetrylover How will we survive?! How will we survive?!

It can be so hard sometimes. Take a deep breath and know tht we hear you. My T tells me that my worst day today is better than my best day 6 months ago - I hope the same is true for you. Just looking for any thought that might help ease the pain.

You are doing your best and anything is good when it comes to taking care of yourself.

Hugs,
SongBird

((((((((((((Nina)))))))))))))) Please take care of you too. I am sorry it is so hard right now. Maybe between you and your husband you can get short breaks and get some time to yourself.
