Hey everyone. I just thought that I would post to say that I finally got to talk to my therapist. It was only over the phone, but I think that it helped at least a little. I am feeling somewhat better. I think the depression is beginning to lift, which is a very good thing. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know, and to thank all of you for all your advice and help. It's what I needed. Thanks again!

~Kati~

In the context of depression, a little is a LOT and it is not to be overlooked! Congratulations on your progress and keep up your strength and hope.

You've accomplished TWO things here: some improvement in your state of well being, and also RECOGNIZING that improvement which can be very hard for us to do when the depression makes us focus on all the negative things in our lives. So you deserve TWO pieces of cake! (Or whatever you can hold onto to remember this bit of improvement.)

Good luck with a continued "uphill" climb, hope you can continue to be in regular touch with your therapist and so glad to hear that it is helping.
