I had an intake appointment with the mental health clinic. I was going to a psychologist, but my insurance suddently decided not to pay for him anymore--so I had to find another place it would pay for. I was emotion exhausted by the time I got home; I'm having to start over with someone new.but i kind of have a good feeling about this one.

It's too bad that your insurance decided against the therapist. I know it must be hard to start over with someone new but at least you get that chance. Do the best you can and hopefully one day your new arrangements will feel comfortable to you as well. I wish you luck.

Starting over is so hard. But for the spin-doctor in me, maybe a new perspective will be helpful to you.

Good luck

The change may be "just what the doctor ordered" for you! I really hope so - I was so discouraged when my therapist was no longer considered to be "in network" but it worked out for me.

Keep your chin up - it is very obvious you are loved and cared about here (including me)
