Sorry it's been a few days I have been working 12 hour shifts, for the most part I have been a little spacy in the head the numbness continues and sometimes my vision is spinning and the angxity levels to out of hand..The biggest thing I'm scared about is if the company is going to strike......
Here is a little about my past I tried to do myself in a few times but like the rest of my life I failed in that too...
I used to cut myself just to watch the blood drop down, it was such a releaf of the stress I was in at the time, but don't try this for it is really dangrous and it can get out of control...To the person who said to write it down in a book that is a real good advise, I did that for away but when I felt better I tried to read it and guess what most of it I couldn't make it out...

Dear Mac,

It is good that you did some journal work.... and keep in mind that it does not matter if you cannot read or understand what you wrote.... just as long as you wrote, for your subconscious knows and was relieved by the words that followed.

I am also glad to see that you are still with us here in the flesh.... for I to tried to end it all (a three timer) and I am glad that I did not succeed.... life is getting better for me.

LoVe,

I love journaling. I seem to like to write all the time. I prefer to get my thoughts out of my head and writing them helps.
As for worrying about strikes and work related issues, I have been there. I turn into a cry baby everytime something big happens at work--my lay-off, my firing, new jobs, a new manager. I hope you can get through any potential strikes.
I hope you manage to stick it out. It will probably be better than what ever your mind thinks it will be.

Writing is very liberating.

I really hope your stressful work issues ease up soon.
