Over the last few days were very hard, we went to a friends birthday party and it felt as if everyone there was trying to get me it was like everyone was looking at me... Then on Sunday we were at a family party and the same fealing was coming over me and I was looking over my shoulder to make sure no one was there... Today at work I'm not sure if I was more scared that I thought that I was going too get fired why I don't know, and the hole time I was shaking inside and my thoughts were everywere. I thought I was starting to feel a little better at the middle of the week but the weekend turned everything upside down.. What scares me the most is I don't want my kids too see me this way, they are my whole world as is my biggest supporter my wife...

Hang in there. you're not alone. I tend to have social anxiety too. So much so that when I got my AFO (brace for my foot and leg I had the makers put butterflies on it because I just knew everyone was going to be watching me. I figured if they are going to stare and watch me they might as well have something to look at.

Do you have a t or someone to talk to about this? It seems that it is not just one isolated instance and maybe is something that is better addressed now. Take care and I hope you find some help soon.
