ok so my bf is in town and i never see him its really hard adn the worst part is the fact that he is the only one who makes me happy well the fact is that i have work at 5 am and not sleeping is freaken me up soooo bad i stay up all night and go to work adn then sleep all day so in return i wont be able to see him ive been missign alot of work for personl mental reasons which they dont know of i just dont go some days and others i do so do i go to work and not see the only person who makes me smile not even my family makes me happy anymore i am always being told how dumb i am and how much of a dissipointment i am i cant take it anymore hes only here a few more days what do i do do i go to work or sleep a little bit and then be happy for a while ??? please let me know what you think/

i know that everyone has to have a certain amount of sleep per night to function well. even though you don't get to see your bf very often, could you make sure that you get X hours of sleep per night? is the staying up all night his/yours/bothyours idea? i'd hate to lose a job because i was staying up all night to be with someone.....even someone that i loved.

i'm sorry that you have family problems. do you see a therapist? it would probably help you to find someone to talk IRL with. good luck, pat

well i stay up all night all the time even when hes not here in town ummm my mom and I share a room adn well her b/f spends the night everynight for the last 3 months adn then the other room is occupied by people and well now i have the living room adn they all stay up all night and sit in the living room and then in return i cant get sleep adn no i dont see a theripist i dont trust em at all i trust no one!!!!!!!!!!! only my bf and that is to a certian extent

wow! you've got a lot on your plate right now and it's all about being crowded in with a lot of different people. i've had success with talking to a therapist. not all of them are bad. there are, in fact, some very good ones out there who could probably give you some relief........good luck, xoxoxo pat

well i talked to one at school adn by the next day even the kids in my classes knew what i told her i never cried sooo hard in my life bc it was a lot of bad things like my "father" trying to kill my my bf was beating me and stuff so people said things to me about it it was really hard plus they cost alot of money and i dont have but 3 to my name right now but thank you for the help anyway
