AH HA! There is nothing new about telling the truth and it being a mistake at times. Sometimes silence might hurt more, though. ((((time)))) Do your best and move on.

Being honest is a very honorable quality to have.

Unfortunately sometimes we don't always like where the honesty leads us or how it hurts others.

Honesty is a great quality to have. But, it can get you into trouble too. I admitted a mistake at work. I had a fed a little bit of the wrong bottle to the wrong baby. Noone knew but me. I told someone in order to straighten it out and got fired for it. (I had already gotten in trouble due to my inability to discipline kids. I had warned them and stated that I needed to be trained in this area. But, they didn't understand that I really needed training. They thought discipline came naturally. It doesn't. We learn it from watching our parents.) Honesty can get you into trouble too. But, it is still a great quality to have in its own right. I hope you will continue to make an effort to be honest with yourself and others.

Yes, sometime honesty do bring problems and hurt.

But I can't be any other way. I am honest or silent. I cannot be in between.

I just sometime forget to be silent instead of being honest. Honesty

You're right there. Sometimes it is better to not offer any information. I have an ex-boyfriend who feels the need to disclose too much. I have tried to tell me to gradually disclose as you learn whether the person can be trusted with the information or not.
I hope you can find that balance between honesty, right to privacy and trust.
