I read that anger is nothing more then fear.
If that's true then I must be very fearful right now and I'm trying to think of what it is that I am afraid of.
Here's a list I've come up with.

Nobody gives a crap about me.

I'll never get out of this neighborhood and I'm going to become as apathetic and mean as my neighbors.
I'll wake up someday and the trash, graffiti, drugs and total lack of work ethic that plagues this place will not bother me anymore.

I deserve living amongst this trash because I am trash.

I'll never be able to trust another human being again.

That's all I can come up with for now. I don't understand why these fears would make me angry, though.
I guess I'll have to sit with it for awhile.

IMHO – anger is just the first natural emotion that we as humans are able to place on any thing that has upset us emotionally.... but ANGER is never the real problem – just the cover up.

Anger = Fear = "Fight or Flight"

We sometimes mask our fears, even from ourselves, with anger. Anger is an emotion that sometimes makes us feel stronger, more in control (if only for a moment).

My fear often culminates in angry reactions. Along the way I have begun to fear one thing more than anything else and that is the great robber of all time, fear itself.

Anger is said to be a secondary emotion, true...usually secondary to fear, frustration and/or hurt.

I would say you might feel all those with your situation (((((((((Jax)))))))))))

I hope you find some relief.
