I don't know what to do anymore. I've lost everyone important to me now. The pain is beyond anything I can handle anymore. It just hurts so much. I dont want to be here anymore. I'm stuck where I can't go for my dreams, I have no one to support me, no friends, no money, broken back... Its all too much. All I needed was a friend that I could trust with everything. Someone who wouldnt care about the horrible things I did in the past. Now its all lost. I cant even process that hes gone! What do I do? I hate hurting like this! I'd rather a million physical injuries than this one emotional one. I'm alone. Forever alone

Yes.

Patoman04, was this friend one of your skiing buddies?

I am sorry..... It takes time.

You won't ever forget, but you will make new friends. Life slowly becomes a little more manageable. It just takes a bit of time and working on you.

Gentle hugs to you

Hi Patolman04, I'm sorry you have lost your best friend.

I experienced the loss, so I understand and felt what you have written in your post. You are not alone in your grieving. I had to think of positive memories and hang on to them til my grieving process became lighter.

That just something I have found useful. I hope that you will feel better. That you can work on your grieving whether it is by doing these posts or reading replies to your post and other members who have experienced similar losses as you.
