...not to be alive. What is going to help that? How am I going to change that idea?

Just remember all the good memories you ever had.
Remember that the people here care for you and help all they can.
Remember that you are a person and you hurt, love, cry, and smile.
Remember who you really are.
gental hugs,

I would prefer not to be alive either but I have people who cares for me and I will not hurt them by giving up on life.

Also I know that when I come in here that sometime a kind word from me to someone can make a a lot of difference in their life.

Maybe if I can't be happy myself, I can bring happiness in someone else life that is struggling as I do.

You don't know what tomorrow may bring and maybe tomorrow you will prefer to be alive. Hope and believe in tomorrow. Life has a way sometime to change things.

I just prefer.... I just prefer.... I just prefer....

It's hard to change an attitude, but I'll keep trying.

I know what you mean. My dogs keep me going when nothing else is there. I worry if something happens to me then they'll be sent off to the shelter and killed.
So, I keep on trudging on.
I hope you find that something to keep you going too.

Complic8ed... you must be feeling very overwhelmed to say something like that. What can we do to help?
