well i have come this far since the first time i tried to do the unmentionable, woke this morning full of dread didnt want to get up, lots of things going through my mind, scared to sit in my kitchen in silence because then bad thoughts invade my mind, but while im busy i can get by, i swore i would never put my children through that again because i not only hurt myself i hurt my children, and if i had succeeded i would not have been there for my husband when he needed some support,
i still get bad days but i hopping with the right support i will get through these times, i have found some good ppl on here

You have come far!

You're doing so well.

Things take time.

You're stronger than you realize, but we all see it.

This milestone should be celebrated, not dreaded. its been a year

Maybe pack a picnic lunch and sit under the shade of a nice, old oak.

Take a deep breath and say, "Look at me. I made it this far."

its been a year

not done a lot today as its my weekend to work, so yesterday and tomorrow i spend most of the day in bed, im normally ok to work but my collegue has taken time of as deserved and i am working with someone who needs prompting, as most ppl will know when you work with the same ppl you work to a routine without having to tell each other what needs doing, the only good thing is we have all night to get the general jobs done, but when it comes to dealing with the residents i can wash and dress two ppl while she only does one, normally with my regular workmate we manage to do between four and five ppl in the same amount of time, so i am dreding going to work tonight, i know i will be allright but this doesnt stop the dread,
thank you all for your support
