well group
one year has passed since my dad passed and i feel
that i am at square one.i don't know if it is the
one year mark that has got me down or that it has been as long as it is.i know that grief come's in waves but
i do hope that this could lifts soon

Hi Samm, I know for me, there's something about that yearly mark that brings up unsettled feelings. I take this time to cry a little and reflect on the good times I had with my loved one. This is my little tribute to them that I havn"t forgotten them even though life still moves on.
