Hey All,
This question isn't about me, it is pretaining to helping me help a friend. I just dont know what to tell him. I have run out of suggestions. My friend suffers from depression and he is trying to deal with it but he cant because of his resentment for his mother. She is a self-centered being and she does many annoying things, and my friend just cannot let go any of his resentment. It is hard for him to be around her anymore. I don't know what to tell him. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. how can people let go of resentment.

Hi Zanne,
That's something I'm working on myself.
I think it has to do with forgiveness and understanding.
I haven't really figured it out yet.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
