To get the help you really need your need to call someone. If not 911which I recommend at this time. You need to call social services anyway.

Did you end up calling 911? Sending hopeful thoughts your way. (I know that sounds cheesy but I really hope you are ok, Girl-Interrupted.)

I myself probably need to call social services. Of course like you I am very scared. But there's nothing to be scared of. They just come and assess your needs and then you get support.

It doesn't have to be this bad. If you go on medication you'll feel better.

I was very unstable like you are. Did not take much to set me off. After going on prozac I don't feel like crying anymore. So I guess it does work for some people.

This problem your having won't go away on its own or by you harming yourself. What I'm saying is if you 'feel good' nothing bothers you. You can climb a mountain and do what you want. So if you want to feel good you probably need some medication.

To get medication you need to see someone face to face.

If you don't want to call 911 maybe that's OK. You can drink lots of water and sleep it off. But definitely get a hold of social services so you can get a psychiatrst and some medication at least. Before things get worse.

If your depressed and without some kind of help you can do crazy things like plan to harm yourself. Its all just biochemistry causing this. I know. I've been on many medications. Don't harm yourself because of your brain chemistry.

You say medication doesn't fix everything. Why did you just overdose on aspirin. That is no fix is it?

Girl! Wait! Don't give up on yourself! There is still hope. I want to help you. Please just PM me you can talk to me about ANYTHING. I will listen! There are people on here who really care about others. I don't want to hurt anybody like what those girls were doing to you. I want to help any way that I can. I'm so sorry for what you've been going through. It's not your fault! Please, remember that. PM me please.

If you tell yourself something often enough your subconscious will pick it up and next thing you know you live or die by that. Just keep telling yourself that and you'll get those results.
