I'm having to move from my apartment.
It's stressful.
And with this move comes up a lot of feelings
of depression.
I miss my old life when I was younger.
I miss California & the sun.
My life is no longer fun.
I miss my friends who have passed away.
I miss my Father who passed away.
I feel despair.
Thank goodness I am on medication which
was increased or else I might not get anything
done.
This weather here in Seattle doesn't help either.
It's gray & depressing.
So I'm my Doctor recommended taking Vitamin D.

I'm sorry you're feeling so sad. I know what it is like to miss something you can never get back. I pray everyday and try to re-experience the good feelings I had then. Sometimes it works and I realize that those feelings are under my control after all.
I hope you can get a little relief and lesson the grieving. Be gentle with yourself.
I hope you can find new friends and I hope you like your new place.
Personally I think Seattle is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Plus there are so many activities available there. You have nature clubs, cultural clubs and wonderful museums.
Hope you feel better soon.

Hi Tormented, you are tormenting yourself for a life that is gone and things will never be the same. I'm sorry for being so blunt but you know this already. A parent passing is terrible I know I miss my mum every day as well as my brother who passed away last Aug, but there must be something positive about living in Seattle. You have to look for the positives, and, you will find them. Best Wishes
