Well I feel as if I have hit the bottom......
Incapable of picking myself up & moving on with life.
I was feeling so good about my life & myself, but things have gone downhill & in a hurry too!!!
I am trying desperately to erase the negative recording within myself, but there are days when it seems impossible to do!! I tell myself I AM WORTHY, but as many times as I say it, it doesn't change anything unless I can believe it.
I am contemplating seeing a hypnotherapist, to see if sub conciously I can change the bad habbits that seem to be imbedded within myself.....
I feel exhausted, like I could lie in bed forever & never get up, I feel like I'm doing this on my own & I struggle to stay on top!! (Deep down I know this is not the case, but how can I make my head believe what my heart knows....)
I guess tomorrow is a new day & hopefully I can make the most of it!!
Flinty

Life is filled with ups and downs.... to go up , we first must be down..... this too, shall pass....

Rest..there's nothing wrong with resting your thoughts and your heart for just a little while.... so rest for now... the climb back up will not be so hard..

And you are not alone....

i know by talking to you through pm's how happy you were very recently, and trust me, that isnt far away. the trouble with depression is that it waits until you start feeling good about yourself and then it grabs your feet, and drags you down so quickly you dont know whats happening. you can beat this, i know you can.

these negative thoughts began because you started doubting the way you look etc, and so you are now in a routine and keep telling yourself these negative thoughts. habits are a hard thing to break at the best of times, especially when its a mental one. you are a fantastic person flinty, and you have absolutely no reason to feel this way about yourself.

you need support from those around you right now flinty so id suggest talking to a close relative or friend about this, i wouldnt reccomend speaking to you bf about this because as you told me, he isnt very supportive. or failing that, you can talk to me anytime if you should need me. many of us here at PC are here for you ok.

take care

This is just one day of many with plenty of time to turn things around. You're aware of your feelings and that in itself is a positive thing.
