Today has been ok but still not feel myself. And last week it was really bad I was yelling at the kids and my husband. And when I wasn't doing that I was crying and it felt like it would never end. But the other that has been making me feel really down is not having any friends to talk with or just to hang out with. And this has been going on for a long time is it going to ever get better? If anyone has any ideas let me know.. Thanks for listening to me

I feel empty days too. I do do things that kinda work it out for me but everyone does what works for them. Yelling at others isn't a great way to go but if they know this is not the real you and you apologize for it everyone feels better. I guess the one thing to do is float. Float throught the crap because it won't last. Only if you believe it will. If it does get pro help I say.

Im sorry you are feeling this way. I can relate to having no one to talk to or hang out with. Can you do something for you, like take a hot bubble bath with a good book and just relax. Or if you like to run, go out and run until you cant any more. I hope these help. Otherwise, just wait until everything kind of slids back to the way it was. I really hope you feel better! -Megan-
