I don't know that depression will ever go away anymore. I'm so tired. Can't it just stop?

That`s how it seems when you`re depressed, that it won`t go away, and it isn`t easy talking face to face with someone about it. You will find the people on here supportive and helpful, things usually get better for one reason or another, if posting helps then do it, I know it has helped me, hope you feel better soon, Dionysius.

One thing that helped me when I was really sad was putting myself in a place where I'd experienced peace. I'd picture each detail including how I got there and how I'd leave. This can take a long time if you really experience the details.
I'm sorry you're so unhappy. Just know that I feel for you and hope you get better soon.

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time. ((hugs)) I have dreams that mirror reality all the time, it tends to suck. I think I remember you posting that you are no longer in therapy? Maybe time to find a new T? I'm a big proponent of therapy over meds, so I tend to suggest that a lot. Sorry if it's frustrating. Is there anything that helps lift the depression, even a tiny bit? I like spending time with my animals or in nature, so I try to do that when I can. Do you have anything like that? Art? Music? Movies? Sports? People? Places? A specific food or drink? ((hugs))
Thanks for this!

I guess I could try a new T

No little things seem to help
