I Appear Missing - Queens of The Stone Age
"Calling all comas, Prisoner on the loose. Description: A spitting image of me Except for the heart-shaped hole where the hope runs out Shock me awake Tear me apart Pinned like a note in a hospital gown Prison of sleep Deeper down The rabbit hole never to be found... again Where are you hiding, my love? Cast off like a stone. Feelings raw and exposed when I'm out of control Pieces were stolen from me But dare I say, give it away? Watching the water give in As I go down the drain I appear missing now"

It took a while for me to think of anything that accurately described it. But.
Lithium - Nirvana and Hold On - Good Charlotte Seem to do it justice.

"Unwell" by Matchbox Twenty (Matchbox 20)
"Bent" by Matchbox Twenty "When I'm Gone" by 3 Doors Down is the really depressing one in my playlist on occasion. "I Miss You" by Jamestown Story "Flawed" by Jamestown Story "Distant and Faded" by Jamestown Story "Goodbye (I'm Sorry)" by Jamestown Story is another depressing one, but it has a resource phone number for suicide listed in it, which I always found really neat (I assume it's an American hotline)

Watercolors in the Rain - Roxette
Black - Pearl Jam Something in the Way - Nirvana (especially this) Doll Parts - Hole Dying - Hole I find that depressing songs make me feel better when I'm depressed. They make me feel like I'm not alone, some kind of freak who 'refuses to look at the bright side'. Sometimes the worst thing I can do is try to infiltrate myself into mainstream life. Freaks me out and everything seems too unreal and ends up triggering me worse.

Fell on Black Days - Soundgarden
I've listened to it so many times while depressed that I have to be careful, it can plunge me into the abyss with a quickness.
