Ok, this was not totally my idea. They have a thread like this in the BPD forum and someone mentioned that it would be nice to have the same thing in this forum (slightly paraphrased), so I'm kinda stealing the idea. (I hope I don't get in too much trouble

Anything from Nine Inch Nails, but I've been listening to NIN since I first become depressed at 13. However as of late I've been listen to a lot of The Downward Spiral and The Fragile, as I find these two albums truly encapsulate MAJOR DEPRESSION. Fun fact, after each of these albums were released, Trent had to do a stint in rehab.
On heavy repeat on my ipod: -"Somewhat Damaged" -"The Day the World Went Away" -"The Frail" -"The Wretched" -"We're in This Together" -"The Fragile" -"Even Deeper" -"Into the Void" -"Where Is Everybody?" -"Underneath It All" -"Hurt" -"Ruiner" -"Mr. Self Destruct" -"Eraser" |
