Isn't it frustrating to not get any answers?? I know the feeling well. I try to understand that sometimes people don't know what to say.

Sweety, maybe it's the lack of information in your post. Can you give us an indication of what you want the responses to address? I'm not sure if it's the mistakes or the helper you want help with. Mistakes, messes and boundaries

You're really courageous in wanting to effect changes, though! That's a toughy in anyone's book! Mistakes, messes and boundaries

I sometimes say "too much" when I am triggered.

Ironic huh... given how cryptic most of my posts are.

That was my mistake Mistakes, messes and boundaries

Maybe bears need to claw their messages on the cave walls, would that help not get triggered? Mistakes, messes and boundaries You certainly are clawing your way through the maze, fuzzybear! I think you are doing wonders with yourself! Mistakes, messes and boundaries
