me too..slept for a few hours ...that is all I can do...then up for rest of the night! Makes me feel so dragged down next day!

I just looked up the quote. Here it is in the correct form "The point of power is always in the present moment" It's daylight here...... makes me think of another quote (I think I posted it before on PC) It's morning now, it's time to go away. I'm so afraid to leave, but more afraid to stay. I'm not sure where that quote originated from (I will check) but a sweet person posted it long ago ......I am not sure where they are now but I think of them often.

There is room in my cave.... or maybe you could find a neighbouring cave, I believe there are a few comfortable and pretty caves nearby

I wish peace for you too, stay strong, and know you always have lots of people that find your as "dear bear".
Nice quotes, did you find them on the internet or books? I love reading quotes, I have a little book of quotes from famous dog owners. My favourite one is, "the more people I meet, the more I like(love) my dog". It's so true too.  (((((((((( Fuzzybear )))))))
