Talk to your T about it and see what he/she thinks, maybe you should start by doing some voluntary work,I did some voluntary environmental work a few years ago it was great.I gets you into the routine of working and is also very therapuetic and rewarding.also it is experience to put on your CV.and also bacause it is voluntary if you dont feel like going in one day thaen you can stay in bed.
Just a thought hope it helps.

I would volunteer first, like wanting suggests; get out "there" in a less charged atmosphere and then see where that takes you. Whatever you'd do for a job, find someone who needs that in a volunteer.
Or, I'd do a little eBaying or sell some books online with Amazon, explore what's out there. I have a work friend who goes to flea markets every Saturday morning and I'm thinking of doing that, looking for things I could then sell online and/or setting up a table at my local flea market every now and then (once a month?) looking for stuff at other flea markets or yard sales inbetween. I have a storage facility (I just moved last year from a much larger house so haven't gotten everything crammed in her yet :-) My community is having a community-wide yard sale in a couple weeks and I've always wished for "help" setting up and have heard there are people out there that do that; orchestrate yard/garage sales for people. When I had my yard sale before I moved, I had a personal organizer I'd hired and I hired her in particular because her brochure said she did yard sales and I knew I was going to need help with my huge house I'd been in for 20 years full of stuff :-)

I know how you feel skittles! I wish that I could work too but I keep holding myself back. I keep telling myself that I am not well enough or good enough to work. Which I know I shouldn't be doing this but I do it any way. I agree with the others that maybe starting with some volunteer work will help you to feel better. *hugs*

Hello there are many job training programs available for people diagnosed with a mental health disorder. There may be one in your area that help people to mainstream back into the workforce. Your therapist may be able to help you in this area. I hope the best for you. Take care Soidhonia
