Don't worry about posting too much. That is not a problem. We are here when you need us and sounds like you do. Have you contacted your doctor? This sounds very serious to me. Please call the doctor or go to the ER. You shouldn't be having to suffer this bad.

Depression is a nasty, unwanted visitor that comes to stay. Sometimes its a bit like an ocean. It comes in waves. For a while it seems better, than comes back stronger than ever.

The hallucinations worry me a little. If you are on medication, some of them will cause hallucinations if your levels are not correct. In my twenties, I was on some medication that caused auditory and visual hallucinations. Nothing scary, but definately not fun. If you are on meds, see if they can check your levels.

I'm glad you were feeling better at your last posting. Tell your therapist about the last episode and make sure that you are on the right meds if you are on some, or if you need some if you aren't.

I don't take any medication.

I also don't go to a therapist.

Don't worry about how much you post! That's what this place is for

Maybe speaking to a doctor is a good idea? Meds and therapy could be the way forward for you. They have personally helped me a lot.

All the best and hope you're feeling better soon
