I've had a tough week with various appointments, facing discharge from the day hospital Ive been at etc

Today I had to sort out a meeting with work regarding my sickness absence and the stress if it all has taken its toll.

I keep crying and feel so disappointed in myself as I've been getting better but I have days like these.

I'm being referred for therapy and am trying to have hope.

I'm just so afraid of going backwards and not getting better.

Sorry guys, very low day today

Hey, no need to apologize. I think that many of us here know the reality of very low days. I can only speak for myself and I know that scared feeling all too well. I hope that both of us find some relief.
Thanks for this!

Sorry about that. Have you tried going to support group, like a church. Talk to the head of your local church, they will comfort you. Meeting new people helps me too, completely new people. Just drink a lot of water each time after you cry. I did the same thing last week, and i missed many classes because of that.
Thanks for this!

Thank you so much guys, I am thinking of going to some support groups once I'm discharged from the day hospital.

I came home today tried to have a relaxing bath, couldn't relax so cried again!

Yes we all have bad days and I guess that on our recovery journey we would expect that. I think a cry does bring some relief afterwards it just scares me when the tears feel overwhelming. I will remember the water tip and get myself a glass.

Thanks again and I wish you all speedy recovery.

Hope you have better days soon Verity. I've started having lots of crying days and although I've never felt so low crying definitely helps me get it all out a bit. Hope you feel less overwhelmed soon.
Thanks for this!
