I'm feeling trapped again. Trapped in my life. Trapped in my house. Feeling alone and like where else could i go, or would i go to really get away. I've spent my all vacation alone by choice. I haven't wanted to be with any of my friends. I've shut myself up away from the world. I don't want to go out into it. Yet at the same time i feel trapped and alone in a house that just seems so empty.

You feel the need to go out and spend time with good people, but there arent any in your life right now, thats why you get the conflict in your mind. it does get lonely being inside your home for a long space of time, and sometimes our own company isnt even enough.

you are a friendly person sammi, and you naturally steer towards friendship, and i think you long for a good proper friendship. which you lack because there is nobody who sees you for what you really are, a great person. you deserve alot, and people just dont see it.

maybe it would help if you went for a little walk around your area, just to get some fresh air and a little change in seeing the same 4 walls. or perhaps you could go to the local shop and buy a chocolate bar, then eat it on the way home, whilst you take your time getting there. i know these sound daft ideas, but they have been tried and tested by yours truly, so i know they can work.

im sorry you feel that way, i know it all too well. but you are a good person who deserves fantastic friends, its just a shame they are few and far between in your area.

take care

I'm sorry you are feeling so trapped right now .. and trust me when i say that i know that feeling all too well.. From what i gather about you, you seem like a very caring and genuine person who deserves so much better. I know that right now you don't much feel like socializing, but is there anyone in your life that you feel comfortable enough talking to? Sometimes just having someone in the room - even if they dont say anything - can make things better ... just by getting some stuff out there.
Do you have any hobbies that you could do to make you feel better? Sometimes even just silence can make things seem like they are closin in faster ... put on some of your favourite music and do something you enjoy.
Or maybe, just maybe you need this alone time. I know it sucks feeling alone, trust me i do, but maybe it will give you time to figure out what you want? Or if your anything like me, it will at least give you a little bit of a rest of trying to put back on that mask and pretend everything is okay.
But however you feel, just know that you are never 100% alone, especially not on here. Feel free to PM me if you ever want to talk
take care,
Jacq
