I slept for nearly 14 hours today. I woke up, ate dinner, listened to my family argue, like usual, and now I want to go to sleep again. It's just too exhausting to be awake...

(((((((((((Anony)))))))))))))

I understand. I've slept so much this weekend - I've been up for 8 hours today, I think this is the longest I've been up in a long time.

Take care of yourself.

That's a big part of depression. At least, it is for me. When I am at my lowest, all I want to do is sleep. I don't want to talk to anyone, just sleep.
So, I know how you feel and hope you start to feel better soon.
Thinking of you,
Linda

I have always been a big sleeper but when I am depressed I usually sleep all day and get up at night. I am unemployed and that doesn't help. I am unable to work right now due to my depression. They gave me ambien which worked the first 3 times I took it, but I just took one over an hour ago plus an atarax which is supposed to calm you and here I am searching the boards to keep from having a breakdown. Oh Well. That is depression I guess. Maybe the ambien will help you, or some other sleep aid.

Good Luck.

Hello I hope things are going better for you at this time. I hope that you are planning on calling your Dr to let them know that you are not feeling well at this time. You may just need a medication adjustment, to help you feel better at this time. I also want to leave a htline number for you as well in case you would like to call and talk to someone in person 1-800-273-TALK. Take care sincerely Soidhonia
