I hate life. It is just one big nightmare over and over again.

I know the feeling...depression, when you're in the throes of it, seems like an endless loop of misery. I'm hopeful that things improve for you.

I know the feeling all too well, However, I refrain from actually saying that to myself. It really does not help me.

i know what you mean, I have felt this ways many times but i also know that it those feeling and thoughts once had did leave after awhile. not knowing what your life is like, i cant say that i understand in that way but i have noticed with myself that after some time later what i wrote in my journal last week is different this week. so my outlook has changed i just didn't notice till i started writing things down and checking back with them later.

I may not know whats it is that is making life so hard for you right now but i do know that it will pass no matter what the problem, it will pass and there will be a new day, a better one.

if you ever want to talk, you can private msg me if you want to

and just know that you are not alone

Not really. But I haven't been taking any sleeping aids. I only get about 5-7 hours of sleep. Still have pretty vivid and nightmarish dreams and wake up several times in the night.

Well that sucks. What meds are you taking again? I hate the nightmares. That messes you up.

Im just on Zoloft and take Hydroxyzine as needed for anxiety. Yes my T thought it was the Ambien giving me nightmares but now I don't think so. And my sleep is of bad quality which is why I am so exhausted right after I wake up.

I think the SSRI's cause the disturbed sleep and vivid dreams. Always have for me. To bad they won't give you Remeron for sleep. It really helps me and is not addictive. It is an AD. I don't know about the nightmares hopefully they will go away.

And maybe you need to change from Zoloft to something else. Don't be afraid to self advocate.

I know how you feel about hating life sometimes but it can get better. I've just had to come down on my geodon because of my insurance. I have depression, bp bpd and anxiety. I've really been having s hard time but I'm slowly getting better. So it's possible to feel better. Maybe you need some meds changes?.life can be so overwhelming when yr depressed. Please have hope. I haven't had any for weeks and finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sleep is so important so I hope you get some regular sleep soon. When I'm really down I try alot of self care. If I can only take a shower sometimes that's my biggest accomplishment for the day so be easy on yr self. Try and eat some balanced food. When I can't seem to eat good I at least make a smoothie with frozen blue berries, strawberries, yogurt, spinach banana and Apple juice. Blend it all up and you've got a great blend of nutrients. We are always here for you. You are never alone. Reach out to us cause we care. Hugs
