Is there something that has been going on? Let us know if you want to talk. Are you in therapy? (sorry for the cliche question).
Thanks for this!

There's just no other way to say it but ''KNOW the feeling to well''. I've suffered suicidal depressions since I was 18.........................I'm now 55, even I have no idea how I am still here in the land of the living, especially as I've tried to depart so often. We are a good bunch at heart, so you will always have someone to listen. PC has given me so much. I send you even more HUGS and lots of extra LOVES. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXx

Thank you, ((((((((everyone)))))))).

Something (not sure what) triggered me in the middle of last week and this has been slowly building up. It is strangely reassuring to have messages of support saying "I know the feeling". I'd honestly rather no-one else ever had to feel this way, so feeling reasssured by your shared knowledge seems "wrong". However, this support has helped me stay safe and kept the guilt over these feelings within manageable boundaries.

Thank you friends.

The vast majority of mine are not triggered by anything they just happen. But sometimes when they are triggered I can often figure out what triggered it and use the therapy and journaling techniques and so on I have learned to resolve it. The hard part is figuring out what the real trigger was. Sometimes talking out loud on here or on paper can shed light on it. This happened to me recently and I was able to work through it and believe it or not the depression went away. I was already out of it due to my meds but I got triggered back into it for about three days.
