Your former T doesn't sound very "endearing" to me. Glad he is a former. I know the lack of sleep can also make your feelings more intense so I hope you'll sleep tonight. I often have to hold my tongue & "sleep on it" when I'm down & ready to lash out at someone (usually my husband) or if I start a crying jag. Best to take my meds & knock myself out. I usually do feel better in the morning & the intense feelings subside.--Suzy

What kind of a T would say that to someone?!?!? I'm glad he's former too.

And I know how it feels to feel like a waste of space, but you aren't. Trust me on this one.

oh fuzzy, thats not a nice thing for someone who should be a professional to say. i think you are endearing, you are to me anyway, and i knwo you are to others around here too.

its best to forget he said that and know that it isnt true. sounds like he is the non-endearing one.

about your sleep, SNAP!! but try that website i mentioned in my post. try www.healthjourneys.com and look in shop at the different ones. i know it works and i think it would help you too. give it a try at least, everythings worth a try.

speak soon fuzzy

Do you want to be endearing, Fuzzy, "lovable especially in a childlike or naive way"? You're certainly lovable but I was reminded me of when I was an older teen and my stepmother would make fun of me and tell me I was "kind of big for six" meaning she thought I'd done something childish. Maybe your T meant it as a good thing that you're not endearing? It's not the same as saying you aren't lovable.

I think I agree with Perna... to say somebody is 'not endearing' doesn't mean that they are not nice ppl. It's rather a strange term to use. I don't mean to be rude with this though it might sound like it because I can't think of a more tactful way to put it, and I don't mean it to have ANY negative meaning at all, but perhaps he used 'not endearing' to say that since you have a compex personality, it takes a while for a person to get used to you and to appreciate you fully, so that their liking for you developes over time rather than immediately?
