everything that I involve myself with just seems to fail. I am just so tired of trying to make everyone happy. I honestly don't want to go outside ever. I just lay in my room and just stare at the roof. I'm 23 and have had enough...

I totally understand this feeling, so big hugs
I know how hard it can be to try and keep everyone happy, and feeling like a failure when you can't always do that. It's important to remember that it is OK to put yourself first, even if it may not keep everyone happy. Is there anyone who knows about how you are feeling and can stop you just hiding away in bed? Every time I do this, I have instructed everyone that no matter how much I protest, I am to be dragged out of bed and given a kick up the ***. Even if it's just to go in the garden or for a walk, or to sit and watch the TV a distraction always helps me. Are you on any medication or seeing anyone to get help? You don't have to feel like this, and it's so important to get the support you need. Keep your chin up sweetheart, J x

Your priority right now, is to make you happy. Trying to make other people happy, will wear you down. Do the best you can and forget about it.
Trying to please eveyone will suck the life out of you.

I agree with Jolisse.

It is actually a good thing that you have had enough. That is when we become willing to make some changes. If you have had enough trying to make everyone happy that is a good thing. It is not your job. Your job is to make you happy and then share that with others. You may need lots of help to do this but the focus is on you. This is not selfish by the way. Or at least not selfish in the negative way the word is often used. Your well being comes first so that it is possible to be there for others.
