Today has been a day.

I woke up feeling badly. Very down. Seems to be a new thing for me. The mornings seem to be when I am getting the worse of the sadness and depression. Its when I feel the most alone.

I have been coping with it. Not letting the feelings rule me. Doing that just allows the day to improve. But today it didn't work. And the day seemed to just melt down. Several things went wrong. Got a call from work that may cause me to have to work tonight and the sales rep will make money while I do all of the work. My car died on the side of the road. I fixed the problem, but the fact it did just really hit a nerve.

I truly see that it could be a lot worse and I keep telling myself that, but it doesn't help. Dear lord why does it pile up like this?? And what can someone do to keep from just running off to never be heard from again. My life seems to be nothing but loneliness, work, and responsibilities.

Just gets old...

Hope you all find your happy today.
Hugs from:

Yes, it sounds like a hard day. If my car died on the side of the road I would have had to call someone to fix it so you did better than I would have done. Mornings are my worst time of day too both physically and mentally. By lunchtime I feel better. Its like you made it thru half the day. I understand, your life sounds like mine, loneliness, work and responsibilities. It sounds like the beginnings of depression. Don't let it take hold of you. Fight so it doesn't suck you in. You may want to try counseling, or look into some outside interests and or hobbies to give you an escape from a life of just work. Hope things get better. Best wishes.
Thanks for this!

I don't know if I have it as bad as you, but I understand the feelings... I'm sorry that you feel that way... I spent the whole of last night bawling my eyes out to a point that it hurt me physically... By ribs and my heart physically hurt, I woke up feeling hungover and everything was just too much effort... I really hope you find your happy... we all deserve a happy... Hopefully you find yours soon
