why do i feel like to cry all day? and i do that. and on the top, my husband says that "cry,,,, you have not cried today. take your time with that" and i noticed lately that before few days of my periods i get so depressed and usually cry on small things. and my husband does not love me and say bad words, so it makes me more cry........ what should i do? what's going on with me? should i go to my family doctore? what should i let her know? please help me out..... thanks.

yes go to your family doctor and tell him what has been happening...He can help you !!!! Don't wait and be in agony when this trip to the docs could make you feel so much better!!!

Hello and welcome to Psych central.
I agree with the others here you should visit your Dr and let the Dr know what you are experiencing at thie time. They have came up with new medication for PMDD (a menstrual related disorder), that can help you feel better before your period. I hope you feel better soon. take care Soidhonia

well yes go see a doc...it really does help. Don't torture yourself. Look around to your surroundings as well, is it stress, is it the season? And then do something to make yourself feel good. Music, a warm cup of tea...whatever makes you calm down and relax. I hope you have better days ahead. Good luck!!!
