Lately I've been feeling this added unworthiness on top of all of the other mental issues I have...don't feel worthy enough to spend money, not that I have any anymore atm. Don't feel worthy enough for my family. Don't feel like I'm worth for anything. Don't feel worthy enough even for myself...Every time I eat, I feel sickened of myself...I overeat because I try not to eat until I feel like I have to but even today I'm feeling like I don't deserve to eat at all...The looks and disappointments I feel like I get from my family....

alex, sounds like you are having a tough time.
It may seem other worldly, but try to eat healthy foods and eliminate sugar and cut back on carbos and dedicate things like eating to helping others - whatever gifts you have put them to work to help others.
Maybe it is time to talk to your pdoc about adjusting medicines. Something does not sound right.
they have a depression chat - I think it is going on 8-9 on thursday night.

Hi alexchong, you are worthy. You get hugs from me. By the way, I like the pit bull on your avatar. My dog is part pit bull and he is so sweet.

It's a lie that it tells us. I know it feels real but it is a lie. You are worthy.

Thanks water. Yea her name is Roxie. She's probably the sweetest dog you would ever meet. I don't know where I would be right now without her...
