I don't know what happens to me sometimes. I just can't get on with my life. I have been so lonely since childhood. I remember, I used to stay at home, sometimes on the terrace with no friends. I have since grown up like that, few friends are there but no girl in my life...I've always wanted a girl who would understand me but who would do charity to me by loving me!! I guess I am so much iintrovert. But living my life has really been difficult. I see people with so much life and freedom....enjoying their lives, while I'm so terrified of everything...the society, people, of not being loved, of being ignored, of college, of not getting a job or a partner... ahh man all I have left is self pity and inquisition of my own existence.

I think starting by finding ways to raise your self esteem would help. doing things that make you feel good about yourself and living life. things that bring you joy. welcome to psych central. you will find we have several forums where you can post about your concerns and receive feedback from other members. you will get a lot of support here. again, welcome

My lonely is a little different, but I get very lonely during the day. I am a stay at home wife...and spend more time then I would like alone. Long days go by no friends...or much family around me. I feel your thoughts.

Thanks for understanding, I think very less people ( even sometimes our own families) come to understand what goes through the mind of someone who is lonely and facing anxiety. Sometimes it seems like you have all the things requisite to live a life and still it's remarkably awful lot difficult. I've still got to find out the way to efface all negativity out of my mind. At the same time there's a battle always going on between the optimism and pessimism.
