I am feeling so LOST right now and yet I am afraid to talk to any one about WHY..... I fear what will be used against me if I just talk about my feelings - as to release them and to heal from them.

I wish I had a friend in RL that I could cry on her shoulders and she would never judge or hate...... these days I cry in private so no one will know that I (the strong one) has fallen and she does not know if she wants to get back up...... I am so numb.
