Lately I've been feeling really down and I can't seem to shake it. It was only a few weeks ago that I found out that one of my friends passed away and then tonight my older sister called and told me that one of our great aunt's died last night. Does life ever get better? I mean seriously, most of my life has revolved around someone dieing or someone being severly sick. I just don't know what to do any more. It get's harder and harder to let go of things that I shouldn't be holding onto. Sorry for the depressing post. I'm not doing well tonight.

Getting over the loss of a loved one is never something easy to do, but it's something we all have to do, whether it be by death or a relationship. The important thing is to turn to people who you can count on: good friends, a spouse, a family member. Don't let your feelings get bottled up inside of you. If you feel like crying, cry. Lean on your friends at this crucial time, they will help you get through this.

I know how hard losing someone is. I just lost someone too. Turning to people for comfort and talking out your emotions helps a great deal. Don't be shy to let it all out. I'm thinking of you friend. Chin up Will life get any better?

I:m afraid there are to diffinates in life, the first one being that we are born, the second one being that we will die..how we live inbetween those 2 diffinates is not guarenteed...we can only do the best with what we have...I know its hard when we lose loved ones..we feel as if part of us has died with them...but it hasn't...part of us was changed by having known them so try and celebrate that...I lost a dear friend 3 yrs ago...she was 52...I think of her and smile and remember how I felt in her presence...it was her time to go...who am I to deny her that?

Take care.

Sometimes losing people close to us or hearing of the deaths of acquaintances sparks our own fear of death and is something to explore.

That said, I am so sorry you are feeling down and for your losses. Will life get any better?

I hope you feel better soon.

(((((((pamelasu)))))

so sorry you are down.

i believe that the end of one chapter is the beginning of another, and when we die, we go onto somewhere else. the process of grief is a learning process along our earthly path, i think crying lots helps to cleanse the soul, we have to experience the lows to appreciate the highs also. Mouse is so right too, to have known special people is a gift in your life and you have your memmories in your heart to remember.I hope you are feeling much better soon, takecare
