i took that depression quiz thing and got an 81 o.O
I knew i was depressed but i guess when you live with it for so long... you begin to get 'used to it' in a way. and when you begin to feel any sort of joy or even a little bit of contentment it feels strange...
a few months ago i was diagnosed with dysthymic disorder...
I have never been told by a doc, but i DO know i have had at least 2 (if not more) episodes of Major Depression... and i read on a website that the more episodes you have the more likely you are to have more...
if that is true, then were will it end? will i get to feeling 'well' again only to relaps later on?
i guess this post is just a vent/rant
i'm just feeling helpless and like i have no future in this world....

you can feel better, but you need to see a doctor. the meds actually help and arent so bad, and never underestimate the helpfullness of therapy.

good luck.
